Rental Bike Damage Policy:

POLICY INCLUDED FOR ALL BIKE RENTALS

 Rental Bike Damage Plan (Included): Renter hereby agrees to the Rental Bike Damage Plan (“RBDP”). The RBDP is included with every rental free of charge and as otherwise outlined below. The charges applicable under this RBDP are as set forth here: Charges shall be determined by the repair technician/mechanic who evaluates the Bicycle’s condition upon its return.

The Renter’s liability for damages under the RBDP shall be based on the total retail cost of the repairs and labor and adjusted as described below: 

1.     Up to $100: no additional charge to the Renter.

2.    $101 and up: Renter pays fifty percent (50%) of total cost (for example, a $900 repair bill would be reduced to $450). 

Renter acknowledges and agrees that this RBDP is not an insurance product and has not been evaluated, endorsed, or regulated by any governmental entity and/or agency, but is instead a contract between the parties to allocate the costs in the event of damage to the Bicycle.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be called into the shop at 970-349-7516 or emailed to flatbillsportsco@gmail.com.

More than 24 hours notice: 

·       All reservations canceled with more than 24 hours notice will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

·       Reservation must be canceled by 9:00 AM the day before the scheduled rental.

Less than 24 hours notice: 

·       Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refunds whatsoever.

·       24 hours are defined as 9:00 AM the day before the scheduled rental. 

Changes: 

·       All changes that result in a refund will incur a 10% change fee on the refunded amount.

·       There is no charge for changes that do not require a refund. 

No refunds will be given if: 

·       Renter returns early  

·       Renter picks up late 

Exclusions: 

·       Extreme weather conditions as listed below:

·       Large amounts of rainfall that make riding dangerous and could cause trail damage

·       Accumulating snow 

   

It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure that rental dates are correct. You will receive your confirmation via email. CB Sports is not responsible for incorrect dates. There will be no refunds given for missed reservations.
