Have questions about your rental? It is likely they have been asked before, below we have compiled some common questions and answers to help make your rental process go smoothly.

• How long will my rental setup take?

  • Give yourself about 25-30 min to pick up your bike and add-ons from the shop and make your way to the trail.

• Does my bike rental include a helmet?

  • Yes! All bike rentals include an entry level helmet such as the Smith Mips Convoy. You can also upgrade to a full face helmet if desired.

• Do you rent knee/elbow/body protection?

  • Yes, we do have these available as add-ons!

• Does my Bike come with flat or clipless pedals?

  • Yes! All our bikes come with either flat or clipless, you can choose! Or you can bring your own and we will put them on for you!

• Will my rental come with a flat tire kit?

  • Yes, we include kits with our rentals.

• Do you have truck tailgate pads for rent?

  • Yes, we have both small & large!

• Do you have a damage policy and a cancellation policy?

• How long are the rentals?

  • We have half day (9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm EXCLUDES E-MNT BIKES), Single Day (9am-5pm) or Multi-Day (pick up 9am and return by 5pm on the selected return date).

• When is my payment due?

  • Payment is due when you RETURN your rental. We take a credit card to hold your reservation, but we will NEED a form of payment upon return.

• Do I need to complete my waiver?

  • Yes! We need you to complete the waiver when you make your reservation. This must be completed before you can ride the bike.

• When is my bike due back?

  • Your bike is due back by 5pm on the due date or is subject to an additional day charge.

• I LOVE this bike. Can I buy it?

  • Yes, possibly! Inquire with our friendly staff and we will help you out!
